Guided meditations for dealing with anxiety
In previous blogs I have spoken about the power of focus and concentration, acceptance and curiosity when dealing with anxiety.
As a way to help you to continue developing these skills, I have made a list of three guided meditations. I have found them all to be incredibly useful for incorporating these three aspects into a daily practice.
