Mindfulness Meditation Groups
If you want to understand your mind, sit down and observe it. ~ Anagarika Munindra
Mindfulness meditation was, and continues to be, a large part of my work and development as a qualified humanistic and integrative psychotherapist.
I use mindfulness meditation techniques very often in my therapy practice. I have found it to be a wonderful way of bringing awareness to our physical, emotional and thinking processes, so that we can observe them, understand them, and consciously make wiser and more useful decisions in our lives.
Mindfulness is a skill that anyone can learn. And like any skill in life, we need to understand and practice the basics.
These will be informal groups for mindfulness beginners to learn and discuss this practice with someone who is experienced in using mindfulness therapeutically.
Group sessions will take place every Friday evening and will last for one and a half hours. Each session costs €15. These will be small groups (3-4 people), so it is important to book a place from week to week. You can book over the phone, by using the contact form here or by clicking the contact button at the bottom of the page.
I look forward to hearing from you soon, and if you have any questions at all feel free to contact me.
